1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with TK998, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years old. TK998 does not provide services to minors.
- Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false details is a violation of our rules.
- TK998 may request a national ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.
- Citizens of countries where online gaming is fully prohibited are not permitted to register an account on TK998.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3 Deposit & Payment Policy
The following rules apply to all deposits at TK998:
- Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500. The maximum daily deposit limit varies by payment method.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and Cryptocurrency.
- All deposits must come from your own account or card. Payments from third parties are not accepted.
- TK998 reserves the right to hold any suspicious transactions pending verification.
- For failed deposits, the policies of the respective payment gateway or bank will apply.
Warning: If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, TK998 is obligated to freeze any related transactions and notify the relevant authorities.
4 Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from TK998:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limit: BDT 1,000,000.
- Withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes. If verification is required, processing may take 24–72 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
TK998 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request for reasonable cause.
5 Bonus & Promotion Rules
All TK998 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:
- The welcome bonus applies only once, on a new member's first deposit.
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum cap — full details are available on the Promotions page.
- Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts or devices may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- TK998 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
- If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus may be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
Wagering Example: A 3x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of BDT 3,000 in bets before making a withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this condition is met.
6 Gaming Rules
All games on TK998 are governed by the following rules:
- All game outcomes are determined by independently audited RNG. No one can influence the results.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the amount wagered will be refunded.
- If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection, TK998 will determine the outcome of that game based on system records.
- In the event of a dispute regarding any game, TK998's server logs shall be considered the final and conclusive evidence.
- Placing unusually large bets on a specific game or attempting to exploit system errors is grounds for account termination.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on TK998:

Multiple accounts, money laundering, bonus abuse, hacking or system manipulation, use of an account by a minor, and use of another person's account.
- Operating multiple accounts or registering more than one account from the same household IP address.
- Attempting to access TK998 from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts for gaming.
- Harassment or threats directed at other players or staff.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any TK998 system or network.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
TK998 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a rule violation is found.
- Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
- Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.
- When a player requests self-exclusion.
If an account is closed, any unused real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, in cases of rule violations, all funds may be forfeited.
